I have done a lot of research for a long time and found that the goals of most people, especially commercial ones, often fail to be fulfilled quickly due to two big things (two big secrets (2)) although there are still some small reasons but the big 2 ones maturing them equally.  you will find some minor causes melting itself.

In today's digital age we are so overwhelmed with information, almost everything you need to know today is just a matter of seconds or minutes, and with your fingertips you already know how different it is from the past until you go I don't know, ma-  library or reading piles of magazines, books and journals of hard copy.

Today one wants to know how to create a rocket not to mention I don't know how to cook pastries, pastries, cakes and pastries, it's just a matter of 'google' online and you already have your favorite skills.  You will not find anyone complaining again where he will find some knowledge, it is just your bükü band or two bükü.

With such an abundance of information online it would be expected that success in business or in any other way in life would also be easy but the reality is the opposite, and it has never been easier for a person to succeed easily without putting in the effort,  enough knowledge and time.

Let me tell you how many times you have read my articles here and it gave you so much motivation that you were completely convinced that you would now be able to achieve your goals right away but later wondered if you had continued to be the same as before.  You have read many books on financial education and success, you have been a follower of many foreign and domestic coaches, you have listened to and seen countless motivational speakers seminars but you have not seen any change in your economic life.  Do you know what are some of the factors that keep you from achieving your goal?

Imagine if you could take the lessons you learned from just one of the best books you have ever read and start practicing what you learned there without delay or wanting to learn something great. What would happen next?  What if you decided to work on the advice of one good mobilizer until you first saw the results and then moved on to another mobilizer?

In this digital world the biggest thing we are missing out on is IMPLEMENTATION and just wanting to always hear or read just about new strategies that we think will probably be better than the previous one.

1. SECRET NUMBER ONE

So the first secret I promised you at the very beginning of this article is none other than;  IMPLEMENTATION / ACTION.  Focus on taking practical steps for what you are learning first before learning something new, I am not saying we should not learn no, but if you are learning something great that you need to implement, don't let it just stay in your head.  We miss many opportunities by not making decisions to implement in practice what we are learning.  Everything you learn does not have any meaning for you if you do not put it into practice quickly.  And one of the great secrets of implementing what you have planned is to do a little bit, don't expect to do it in a hurry based on immediate results (ovemight success), that's not possible, it must take you some time, that's an indisputable fact.

You can solve any problem, or achieve any dream you have in life but first you need to take action and not just focus or desire alone.  In that process you will sometimes have to make difficult and difficult decisions such as working long hours if possible even depriving yourself of sleep and various other things you love.

2. SECRET NUMBER TWO

If you have been in the business for a long time (any business) you will no doubt understand what I am going to explain soon.  It is something that no other business in the world can exist without.  This is the biggest asset that any businessman or entrepreneur can be proud of.  Once you realize its importance and use it wisely, you will enjoy the fastest and most dramatic benefits in the market against your competitors.

The very first American billionaire Mr. Andrew Carnegie once said that, you can rob him of all his factories he owned, all his houses, and even everything he owned but just leave his most important people and everything will be back in a short time.  What did Carnegie mean?  He meant to take everything from him but leave it to HIS CUSTOMERS and you will be amazed at how he will return everything you looted in a very short time.  Customers here I mean those you sell things to but also those who do business with you as suppliers, employees etc.

You want money and money coming from people, and in order for people to agree to give you their hard earned money you have to and you also first give them something, What do you give them?  Not only do you give them something, customers have one more amazing character, they even know how to give them something good, but they may still not agree to buy, they will want something extra, they will want to get used to you and also trust you then they can exchange their money with what you have.

Now the second one is the problem, people getting used to you and trusting you is not an easy thing, you have to make enough marketing efforts.  What I want to explain here is my second secret and which I think until now you have got a picture of what it is, CUSTOMERS.  The second secret to success in business this year 2021 is CARING for your CUSTOMERS.

It is quite possible that you have something to give customers again just good to beat your competitors but customers do not know, then the first thing to do is to advertise so that they know, and even if they know they are still not used to you or trust you.  Now the next step is to create a name (Branding).  Once you have developed your brand you have already succeeded and by now you will start to see real success in your business flowing like a river.

To build a brand (brand) do your best to be close to your customers and do things that will make them come back again and again to buy into your business, and this does not matter what kind of business you do.

If you see that your customers are only once and there is no way they can come back then know that your business has all the signs of ponzy schemes, businesses that only focus on getting new customers because they know when the customer arrives there is no way he can come back, customers  new ones are declining or declining and business is dead.  We have seen many examples even here in Tanzania there are people to this day who are winning in court for cases of economic sabotage and embezzlement after promising people to harvest money easily like peanuts when it is not possible.
