Can you believe we have already reached the fifth month in this year 2021?

A year that not many days was called a new year and you absolutely told yourself it would be a year of new things!
I don’t need to remind you how much of what you have planned for this year has gone away, so that’s how it is for many.


Today I came to you with one suggestion, not to go back to where you planned and fail, but a proposal to try something new.
Start experimenting with just 30 days of this month of May 2021 and then at the end of the month evaluate yourself to see what changes have taken place in your life.

If you do not like the change, continue with the exercise for a whole year, if you do not like it leave it and go back to your routine.
You only have 30 days to do this experiment and you have nothing to lose, as there is no extra cost or work you have to do.


TEN CHARACTERISTICS OF LIVING 30 DAYS.


1. Get up early every day, one hour before your usual time to get up. When you wake up do not look at the phone or any interruptions, but start with prayer and / or meditation and then take your notebook and write down the priorities for the day, things that you are going to work on (To Do List). These are the things you will give priority to your day, don't do anything else before that is over.

2. Exercise every day for at least 30 minutes, the best exercise is to run.

3. Read the book every day for at least 30 minutes, choose any book you want to read, be it for personal development or professional development then read for at least 30 minutes every day.

4. Every day plan and control your diet, cut down on carbohydrates and sugars, eat plenty of vegetables and fruits, eat plenty of meat and drink plenty of water. Also, be very careful about what you use.

5. Every day call one customer who has benefited from your business or work and talk to him or her about your business or career and the challenges he or she has that you can help him or her solve. Also call one prospective client, who has not yet bought but has a need that you can help him with, show him how you can solve his problem.

6. Every day call one close person, relatives and friends and have a conversation with him to improve your relationship.

7. Every day try something new and something you have been afraid to do or have been feeling you can't, even if it's a little, do it. This builds your confidence and enables you to overcome fear.

8. Every day have positive thoughts, ideas of success and great wealth. Take the time to be alone and imagine the big dreams you have, see if you have already achieved them and believe it is something that already exists. Build this image in your mind and also have a picture of the dream you have that you are walking with or on your phone and look at it from time to time.

9. For each income you earn, whether it is for a day, a week or a month, set aside at least 10 percent of that income and put it where you cannot use it. The extra money you earn that you did not expect, put it all in that category.

10. Each day you end your day, take time to reflect on how the day went. Know what you have done well, what you have done wrong and where you should improve further. Write down in your notebook what you learned from that evening reflection. By doing this meditation every day, you will continue to get better with each new day you are going to start.

Friend, these are just ten things you can do every day for 30 days without stopping for a day, and then at the end of 30 days evaluate yourself, if the results are good make that a part of your life.
