1. Reducing Distractions
While performing my basic duties, I will remove or even delete some of the social networks that I did not consider important. There is no need to open facebook, tweeter, watsap, tick tock, radio, TV, or any other social network while I am performing my important tasks, these things I will set aside for a specific time or not deal with them at all unless it is very necessary. I will not turn off the phone completely as I expect to receive email and important business calls. I will also not spend a lot of time on phone, sms watsap message or email with time-wasting indicators (Spams)
2. Complete my tasks as soon as possible.
I will completely give up the habit of working where I need to and work as a matter of necessity for the time I have planned every day and I will do so until it becomes a habit for me. This will greatly help me to complete the important tasks in the hours when the body is strong and productive. In the evening after those hours then I will do the less important tasks or relax for leisure. I will try to get up every day at 11 am and finish my important work at 8 pm before I get into extra work or responsibilities.
3. Learn new things every day.
This is something I will never stop doing every day for the rest of my life. On my daily schedule I have to make sure I learn something new in relation to the work I do as well as doing repetitions for some of the things I’ve learned in the past including popular books that I love.
4. Exercise and eat correctly.
Every morning when I wake up, even if I don't run or jump, I will stretch out my limbs for at least 15 minutes. Likewise in the evening I will also set aside similar time again for light exercise. I will strive to eat a complete diet every day, drink enough safe water and sleep at least 5 -6 hours a night for my mental health. Before going to bed I will meditate and finally pray and thank Allah for the gift of life.
