Sources of Sudan Unrest.

The source of the unrest in Sudan has a long history and is difficult to fully understand because it has many causes and is geographically wide. In general, it is the result of political, economic, and social conflicts, as well as military hostilities and the failure of the civil government to control the situation.

After the ouster of Omar Al Bashir in 2019, there are former allies of Bashir, such as General Abdel Fattah Al Burhan and General Mohammed Hamdan Dagalo, who took control of the country.

Their relationship has been controversial, and there has been tension over power sharing between them, which led to a recent military coup.

The conflicts have been aggravated by the geopolitical war between Russia and the Western countries led by the United States, as you say.

There is also a military relationship between the Rapid Support Force (RSF) and the WAGNER group, which is fighting on the side of Russia in Ukraine, and has also collaborated with the Saudi Arabian government forces in Yemen.

This military relationship has caused tension and concern about military interference by foreign countries in Sudan's internal affairs.
