About the Role

Coca-Cola Kwanza Ltd is currently seeking a Key Account & Wholesale Manager to join our dynamic Sales & Marketing team in Dar es Salaam. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a driven individual with a strong background in strategic sales and client relationship management within the FMCG industry. The successful candidate will report directly to the Sales Director.


Key Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue and volume growth across key accounts and wholesale channels.
  • Lead the Key Account and Wholesale sales teams, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
  • Identify and capitalize on business opportunities to expand market share.
  • Implement brand campaigns, promotions, and channel-specific executions.
  • Develop and execute annual Customer Business Plans aligned with brand strategies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders (customers, bottlers, internal teams) for cohesive execution.
  • Launch and integrate new products effectively in the wholesale market.
  • Monitor performance metrics and adjust plans for optimal outcomes.
  • Negotiate trading terms and ensure proper implementation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with national and regional key accounts.
  • Address financial issues, claims, and discrepancies efficiently.
  • Analyze performance data and market intelligence to inform strategic decisions.
  • Coordinate across departments including finance, logistics, depot operations, and systems.


Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a commercial environment, with at least 2 years in a managerial Key Account role within the FMCG sector.
  • Proven track record in delivering growth and building team capabilities.
  • Experience across multiple regions is an added advantage.
