🎯 Role Purpose
Vodacom Tanzania is seeking an experienced HR Services & Rewards Senior Specialist to elevate employee experience through seamless HR operations and impactful reward strategies. This role will focus on driving the delivery of compensation, benefits, incentives, recognition, and HR policy solutions aligned with business objectives.
✅ Key Responsibilities
🔧 Process Expertise
- Champion continuous process improvement with focus on automation, data integrity, and employee self-service.
- Provide advisory support on HR policies, benefits, and standard HR processes.
- Evaluate HR operations for compliance, efficiency, and effectiveness.
- Lead change management initiatives across HR projects.
🖥️ HR Systems
- Drive deployment and adoption of HR systems.
- Ensure system accuracy, data integrity, and appropriate access controls.
- Resolve system issues in collaboration with technical service desks.
👥 Stakeholder Engagement
- Liaise with third-party service providers to ensure quality delivery per agreements.
- Collaborate with HRBPs, COEs, and global teams on day-to-day operations.
🌟 Delivering Exceptional Employee Experience
- Manage AskHR portfolio in compliance with Vodafone global standards.
- Promote self-service culture and drive digital transformation.
- Ensure full compliance with global HR performance targets and timelines.
💰 Reward & Recognition
- Lead implementation of reward strategies, including pay reviews, promotions, and recognition initiatives.
- Benchmark Tanzanian market trends to enhance total reward value proposition.
- Act as the central point of contact for all reward-related matters.

🎓 Qualifications & Experience
