The key purpose of this role is to execute brand-led consumer experiences that build long-term advocacy, influence volume and market share growth, and enhance the TBL corporate reputation.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and report experiential and sales-driving events.
- Reinforce brand narrative and deliver memorable consumer experiences.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage SAB beer account procedures.
- Gather consumer behavior insights.
- Manage third-party event suppliers.
Key Attributes and Competencies
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good planning and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Negotiation skills and social media savviness.
Minimum Requirements
- Relevant 3-year sales/marketing qualification.
- Valid Tanzanian Driver’s License.
- Computer literacy.
