What You’ll Do
- Primary point of contact for all networking and system security issues
- Maintain and troubleshoot network infrastructure and security systems
- Support VPNs, firewalls, endpoint protection
- Monitor and respond to security threats and vulnerabilities
- Collaborate on secure infrastructure upgrades
- Improve network performance and cybersecurity posture
- Support project KPIs and system compliance goals
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- 4+ years of experience in Network/System Administration
- Certifications: MTCNA/MTCRE preferred; CCNA/CompTIA a plus
- Hands-on with MikroTik, Ubiquiti, firewalls, VLANs, VPNs
- Experience with Windows Server, Linux, Exchange, M365, Azure
- Familiar with network tools: PRTG, The Dude, SolarWinds
- Experience in education sector and BYOD policies is a plus
