Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage branch operations to ensure sustainable growth in both revenue and customer satisfaction.
- Supervise and develop staff to uphold the bank's service standards and compliance.
- Ensure adherence to banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor branch performance, analyze financial results, and implement strategies for improvement.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships and drive branch-level marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Commerce, or a related field.
- Relevant professional qualification as per FAIS standards is required.
Experience
- 8 to 10 years in personal and private banking, with proven leadership in branch operations.
- Strong understanding of income statement management, client service delivery, and compliance.
Core Competencies
Behavioural: Decision-making, problem-solving, team leadership, customer orientation, and emotional resilience.
Technical: Banking procedures, client onboarding, application processing, and retail banking product knowledge.
