Job Summary

The Bookkeeper Sales Agent will be responsible for acquiring new clients for the Bookkeeper software and meeting sales targets set by the supervisor. The role includes conducting software demonstrations, building client relationships, and creating awareness of Bookkeeper’s benefits to businesses.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote Bookkeeper products of the company.
• Carry out customer needs analysis.
• Build relationships with new and existing customers.
• Create awareness of Bookkeeper for business efficiency.
• Meet project targets for new business and renewals.
• Follow up proactively with prospective customers.
• Attend periodic training on new software features.
• Conduct product demos to prospective clients.
• Enter and update customer information in the sales database.
• Produce daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reports.

Qualifications and Experience

• Experience in sales and marketing.
• Fluent in English and Kiswahili (essential).
• Strong customer interaction skills with high convincing power.
