Job Summary
The Human Resource Officer – Learning & Development will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs, managing the annual training calendar, evaluating program effectiveness, and supporting other HR functions. The role focuses on building employee capabilities while ensuring compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and deliver employee training and development programs.
- Prepare and manage the annual training calendar with the HR Business Partner.
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness and ROI.
- Maintain accurate training records, contracts, and reports.
- Ensure compliance with company hygiene and safety standards.
- Support additional HR functions as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–3 years’ experience in Learning & Development or HR functions.
- Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Ability to design and deliver engaging training sessions.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic HR systems.
